Return/Exchange Policy:
To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a one-time exchange policy. If you receive a damaged or incorrectly shipped item, or if you are not satisfied with the fit or style, you can exchange it for a different product or store credit.
Cancellation Policy:
- If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, kindly do so before your order is shipped. Please log into your account and click on “cancel order” option against the order number that you want to cancel.
Exchange Process:
1. Initiate Exchange Request:
- Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.

2. Return Authorization Number:
- Once we receive your request, within 2-3 working days, we will address your request through Call or WhatsApp Message. We will provide you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. (if request meets all eligibility)
3. Return Shipping:
- You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us using a trackable courier service. Please share the tracking details of the return shipment with us.
4. Exchange Processing:
- Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will either process a replacement or issue you with store credit whichever is chosen at time of approving request.
- Please note that changing “exchange” to “store credit” or vice versa after approval of request, will be call of return team only.
5. Exchange Shipping:
- We will ship the replacement product to you. A processing fee may apply, depending on the reason for the exchange.
6. Exchange Approval:
- The final decision to approve or reject an exchange request rests with our return support team. Their decision will be final.
7. Additional Clause for Offers:
- Products purchased under promotional offers such as "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" are not eligible for returns. Exchanges for such products are permitted but may incur an additional processing fee, which will be communicated during the exchange request process.
Order Cancellation:
- Cancellation Eligibility: Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Cancellation Charges: For pre-paid orders, a cancellation charge may apply based on the product amount.
